Interior design

99 boulevard Malesherbes, Paris 8

The agency Fanny Rozé Architecture imagined, for Groupama Immobilier, a fully furnished show apartment as well as a project of three esthetics lines realized on the three mixed-use apartments of 250 m². These aesthetic lines were named Cashmere, Romance and Confidence and were developed in virtual reality.
In order to adapt to changes in lifestyles and work, the agency studied the possibility of exercising its profession in direct contact with the apartment by dedicating part of the spaces to this use. It can thus accommodate a reception area: a guest table or a place hosting meetings or events, the premises of a start-up with several more or less formal work spaces or two office spaces fitted out for the liberal professions.

Welcome Home

The architect Fanny Rozé designed a three-room show apartment. She managed to surround herself with craftsmen with precious know-how to design an apartment with top-of-the-range services.

Cachemire line

Work at home – Clean lines, organic shapes and clear colors make this apartment a soft and soothing setting, inviting you to daydream.
This balance is ensured by a delicate assembly of raw and natural materials, for a subtle mix of textures.
More sustained colors come, by discreet touches, to enhance the palette of soft colors and reveal spaces.

Romance line

Work at home –This Haussmann-style apartment with a scandinavian influence is remarkable for its curved shapes, generous lines and vivid tones. Water green, blue and pink dominate the color variations, and the graphic motifs integrated into the architectural composition give each room a strong identity. A warm atmosphere emanates from the apartment, which makes you want to come and settle down.

Confidence line

Work at home – The audacious combination of intense colors, materials and motifs give a singular and eclectic character to this apartment of true luxury. The graphic touches brought by carpets, wallpapers or curtains give rhythm to the spaces and create a global visual richness. The use of noble and precious materials associated with intense and contrasted tones give this apartment strength and power.
